Twenty-two years in and around payment operations before I started writing about it, and for Fast Withdrawal Casinos I only care about where the time goes. How Malcolm Measures a Payout

1. Four timestamps recorded per request: submitted, approved, marked sent by the operator, and confirmed received in the destination account.
2. Verification finished before the first request wherever the operator allows it, so the first draw is not measuring a compliance backlog.
3. Two draws per operator at least four days apart, one of them at a weekend, because the weekend result exposes a manual approval step.
4. Withdrawal and deposit kept on the same rail, so nothing is measuring an exception approval instead of the cashier.
5. Limits and the pending-cancellation window recorded alongside the times, since a fast payout under a low per-transaction cap arrives in instalments.
